The words and phrases used in this ordinance shall have the meanings indicated in Article
V, Section
24-5, of the Procedural Ordinance of Greenwich Township, as amended unless the context otherwise indicates.

Greenwich Township is hereby divided into zoning districts as
shown on the amended Zoning Map, dated March, 2000, and included as
an attachment to this chapter, together with all explanatory matters
thereon, is herby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of
this ordinance.
Where uncertainty exists as to the exact location of any boundaries
shown on said Zoning Map, the following rules shall apply:
a. Zone boundary lines are intended to follow the center line of streets,
or railroad rights-of-way, or streams and lot or property lines as
they exist on plats of record at the time of passage of this ordinance
unless such zone boundary lines are fixed by dimensions as shown on
the Zoning Map.
b. Where such boundary lines are not fixed by dimensions and where they
do not scale more than ten feet distant from a plat or tax map lot
line, such lot lines shall be construed to be such boundary lines.
c. In unsubdivided land, or where a zoning district boundary divides
a lot and actual dimensions are not shown, the location of such boundary
shall be determined by measurement according to the scale shown on
the map.
d. Where physical or cultural features existing on the ground are at
variance with those shown on the Official Zoning Map, or in other
circumstances not covered by paragraphs a, b and c above, the Zoning
Board of Adjustment shall interpret the district boundaries.
