The Washington Oaks at Princeton Condominium Association has filed a written consent with the Township of Princeton that the provisions of Subtitle 1, Chapter 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to all of the streets and roadways within their development, including the eyebrow roads off of Benjamin Rush Lane. The township committee hereby finds that extending Title 39 jurisdiction as requested is appropriate in order to promote the public health, safety and welfare and said Title 39 jurisdiction is hereby extended to all of the streets and roadways within the Washington Oaks at Princeton development, including the eyebrow roads off of Benjamin Rush Lane, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1, et seq.

The following streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street.

The following speed limits are hereby established for traffic along the streets or parts of streets enumerated in this section, and regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the designated speed limits as authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation:

Twenty-five miles per hour:

Benjamin Rush Lane, both directions, entire length.
(2) 
Brickhouse Road, both directions, entire length.

No person shall park any vehicle on any of the streets or parts of streets referenced in this article except within a parking stall designated by pavement markings. Parking may also take place within the development in driveways and designated parking lots.

(a) 
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.46, the below referenced parking spaces are designated as handicapped parking spaces within the Washington Oaks at Princeton development. These spaces are hereby designated as restricted parking spaces for use by persons who have been issued special vehicle identification cards for handicapped parking pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-205 by the Motor Vehicle Commission or have been issued license plates by said Commission of handicapped drivers. No other person shall be permitted to park in said spaces. If any person parking a motor vehicle in a restricted parking space without a special vehicle identification card or handicapped license plates shall be liable to a fine of $250 for the first offense and, for subsequent offenses, a fine of at least $250 and up to 90 days community service on such terms and in such form as the Court shall determine appropriate, or any combination thereof. The handicapped parking spaces shall be as follows:
(1) 
Washington Oaks at Princeton development. One space to be located in the northerly most corner of the parking lot fronting Building 5 on Brickhouse Road.
(2) 
Washington Oaks at Princeton Development. One space to be located in the easterly most corner of the parking lot fronting building 4 on Brickhouse Road in the immediate vicinity of 416 Brickhouse Road;
(3) 
Washington Oaks at Princeton Development. One space to be located at the parking lot fronting building 4 on Brickhouse Road in the immediate vicinity of 417 Brickhouse Road.
(4) 
Washington Oaks at Princeton Development. One space to be located at the southerly most corner of the parking lot fronting Building 1 on Brickhouse Road in the immediate vicinity of 123 Brickhouse Road.

Any vehicle parked or standing in violation of the parking regulations provided for in section 11-61 may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.

The provisions of section 11-7 of this Code shall apply to any violations of the provisions of this article.
