Designated. The following areas upon the municipally controlled streets of Princeton are hereby designated as loading zones:

(b) 
Parking Prohibited.
(1) 
Parking Prohibited. No person shall park any vehicle within a loading zone designated in Section 19-10(a), except as set forth in Section 19-10(c) below.
(c)

Commercial Vehicles. A commercial vehicle may park in designated loading zones only in accordance with the following:
