(a)
Designated. The following areas upon the municipally controlled streets
of the borough are hereby designated as taxi zones:
University Place, east side, running in a northeasterly direction
along the east curbline of University Place from a point 370 feet
east of the easterly line of Alexander Street, extended to a point
430 feet east of the easterly line of Alexander Street.

31 of this Code.
