There is hereby adopted that certain code defining and prohibiting certain matters, things, conditions, or acts as a nuisance, prohibiting certain noises or sounds, requiring the proper heating of apartments, prohibiting lease or rental of certain buildings, prohibiting spitting in or upon public buildings, conveyances or sidewalks, authorizing the inspection of premises by an enforcing official, providing for the removal or abatement of certain nuisances and recovery of expenses incurred in removing or abating such nuisances and prescribing penalties for violations, described and commonly known as the "Public Health Nuisance Code of New Jersey (1953)," except that Section 2.1(a) and (b) of said code are specifically excluded from this adoption. Three copies of such code have been placed in the office of the Secretary of the Board of Health for the use and examination of the public.

It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate in public places, including public and private parking lots, or streets, or on the lawns or yards of private homes and residences, or in the public view.

A. 
"State of nudity" shall be defined as when clothing or absence of clothing completely exposes to public view the sexual organs, genital area, anal area, perineum, buttocks and areola and/or nipple of the female breast.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to appear in a state of nudity in any public place, store or any business open to the public within the Township, or to appear in a state of nudity in public view.
