The short title of this chapter shall be the "Pequannock Township
Land Use Ordinance."
The purpose of this chapter is to establish the procedures for
site plan, subdivision, variance, conditional use and all other activities
related to land development in conformance with the Municipal Land
Use Law (Chapter 291 of the Laws of New Jersey 1975).[1]
