The requirements established by this chapter shall be administered
and enforced by any law enforcement agency that has jurisdiction in
the Town of Coeymans and any other employee as authorized by the Town
of Coeymans Town Board.
Any person committing an offense against any of the provisions
of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction
thereof, shall be punishable for each offense by a fine of not more
than $200 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
This chapter shall take effect immediately.
