The office of Assistant Municipal Administrator of the Township
of Pennsauken is hereby created in and for the Township of Pennsauken.
The primary function of the Assistant Municipal Administrator
shall be to assist in the administration of the Township under the
direction of the Municipal Administrator.
The position of the Assistant Municipal Administrator shall
be an unclassified position under Title 11A, Civil Service of the
New Jersey Statutes.
During the absence or disability of the Municipal Administrator,
the Assistant Municipal Administrator shall have all the power of
the Municipal Administrator and shall perform the function and duties
of the Municipal Administrator.
The Assistant Municipal Administrator shall be appointed by
the Township Committee.
The Assistant Municipal Administrator may be removed by the
Township Committee.
The Assistant Municipal Administrator shall receive the compensation
as may from time to time be prescribed ordinance.
