This Chapter includes standards that regulate the physical layout and design of development within the City to ensure the protection of the health, welfare, safety, and quality of life. These standards address the physical relationship between development and adjacent properties, public streets, neighborhoods, and the natural environment, in order to achieve a more attractive, efficient, and livable community. This Chapter is organized as follows:
