The Town Manager shall establish bus stops and taxistands on such streets, in such places and in such number as he shall determine to be of the greatest benefit and convenience to the public.

(a) 
No driver of a bus shall park upon any street at any place other than at a bus stop; except, that this provision shall not prevent the driver of a bus from temporarily stopping in accordance with other stopping or parking regulations at any place for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading passengers. No owner of a bus shall permit the driver of a bus to violate the foregoing provisions of this section.
(b) 
No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle other than a bus in a bus stop, when any such stop or stand has been officially designated and appropriately signed.

No driver of a taxicab shall park upon any street at any place other than at a taxistand; except, that this provision shall not prevent the driver of any such vehicle from temporarily stopping in accordance with other stopping or parking regulations at any place for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading passengers. No owner of a taxicab shall permit the driver of a taxicab to violate the foregoing provisions of this section.
(b) 
No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle other than a taxicab in a taxistand when such stop or stand has been officially designated and appropriately signed.
