As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
A membership organization which caters exclusively to members
and their guests.
There is limited space within Village limits due to the close proximity of residences and businesses; adherence is required to all Village and New York State codes, i.e., Alcohol Code, Chapter 40, Noise Code, Chapter 95, Littering Code, Chapter 85, Zoning Code, Chapter 145, Mass Gathering Code, Chapter 66, New York State traffic and motor vehicle laws, blocking walkways, and all other New York State and Village codes.
