The Village of Fultonville park and playground located at the intersection of Union Street and Franklin Street in the Village of Fultonville, New York, shall be open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and shall be closed to the public from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
No motorized vehicles, except authorized vehicles used for official business, including but not limited to cars, trucks, motorcycles, mopeds, snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, dune buggies and motor homes shall be allowed in the park and playground at any time.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter will be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each days' continuation of the offense shall be considered a separate offense.
