The Sugarloaf Township Tax Collector is authorized and empowered
to charge a fee of $10 for each duplicate tax bill which he issues
and a fee of $10 for providing tax information.

There shall be a penalty of $35 per check imposed upon the person,
party, corporation, partnership, or company who issues or passes a
check or similar sight order for the payment of money to said Sugarloaf
Township Tax Collector. If the check or checks are returned by the
drawee, bank, or savings and loan association or similar institution
for insufficient funds or closed account.

This Part shall take effect immediately upon passage.
