The tract of land owned by Sugarloaf Township know as "Joe Larock Recreation Complex" has heretofore been established as a public park.

1. 
The following rules and regulations are hereby established for the operation of Joe Larock Recreation Complex, hereinafter designated "the complex":
A. 
The complex shall be open daily to the public between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. At 10:00 p.m., all activities in the complex shall cease and all persons in the complex shall leave as soon as possible thereafter. No person other than authorized Sugarloaf Township employees shall be in the complex at any time between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. the following day without express permission from the Sugarloaf Township Recreation Board.
B. 
No person shall remove any bench, seat, table or other complex property from the complex without express permission from the Sugarloaf Township Recreation Board.
C. 
No person shall conduct himself within the complex so as to annoy any other person using the complex for any authorized purpose.
D. 
No person shall set up any booth, table or stand for the sale of any article whatsoever, within the limits of the complex, without express permission from the Sugarloaf Township Recreation Board.
E. 
All persons using the complex shall dispose of all waste and garbage and shall do so in proper receptacles only.
F. 
No person shall ignite any fires within the complex except in stoves and fireplaces maintained for the purpose and located by authority of the Sugarloaf Township Recreation Board.
G. 
No person shall possess, use, consume or offer for sale any spirituous liquor, wine, beer or other alcoholic beverage within the complex, except as may be authorized by Sugarloaf Township pursuant to Section 4 of Ord. No. 41 (Chapter 6, Part 1, § 6-104).

H. 
No person, other than an officer of the law, shall carry any firearm within the complex, nor shall any person engage in hunting, fishing or target shooting (including bow and arrow) within the complex.
I. 
All pets brought into the complex shall be maintained under proper and continuous supervision by a responsible person.
J. 
No person shall bicycle, motor vehicle, motorcycle, motor-driven cycle or motorized pedalcycle violate traffic or parking regulations established and posted by the Sugarloaf Township Recreation Board.
K. 
No person shall injure, deface, remove, cut, damage, break, tear down, mutilate, point or mark any of the trees, plants, shrubs, turf, buildings, equipment, facilities, structures, fixtures, fences, signs, posts, poles, notices or other property within the complex, whether such property is publicly owned or privately owned and used in conjunction with any recreational program within the complex.

The Sugarloaf Township Supervisors, after consultation with the Sugarloaf Township Recreation Board, may by resolution establish additional rules and regulations to revise existing rules and regulations for the operation of the complex.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this Part, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a Magisterial District Judge in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000, plus costs, and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues or each section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.

Persons failing to cooperate in the observance of complex rules and regulations may be refused the enjoyment of complex privileges by the Sugarloaf Township Recreation Board.

The Sugarloaf Township Police Department is hereby vested with authority to prosecute violations of the rules and regulations set forth in this Part and any other rules and regulations promulgated by the Sugarloaf Township Supervisors.
