A.
For the purpose of interpreting this chapter, certain words, terms
or phrases and their derivatives shall be construed as specified in
the code, regulation or ordinance to which they are related. Words
used in singular shall include the plural and the plural shall include
the singular.
B.
Where these are not defined, the terms, words or phrases shall have
their ordinary acceptable meanings within the context with which they
are used. In these cases, the ordinary accepted meanings shall be
considered as they are presented within the most recent edition of
Webster's Dictionary of the English Language.
