The purpose of this article is to change the term of office
for the Highway Superintendent of the Town of Royalton, Niagara County,
New York, from the current two-year term to a four-year term.
Pursuant to § 10 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of
the State of New York, the term of office of the Highway Superintendent
of the Town of Royalton shall be four years. The first elected Highway
Superintendent with a four-year term would take office on January
1, 2022.
