Reference is made to N.J.A.C. 8:25 et seq. (entitled "New Jersey
Youth Camp Standards," hereinafter the "Administrative Code") which
implements the New Jersey Youth Camp Safety Act, N.J.S.A. 26:12-1
et seq. The definitions contained in the Administrative Code are adopted
for the purposes of this chapter.

No person shall operate a youth camp until a license has been
issued by the State of New Jersey and a preoperational inspection
has been completed by the Board of Health.
Inspections for the operation of a youth camp shall expire annually
on December 31, and application for renewal thereof shall be submitted
together with the required fee prior to January 1 of each year.
Inspections required by this chapter may be denied or suspended
by the Board of Health for failure to comply with this chapter or
the Administrative Code.
