No person shall, intentionally or unintentionally, permit any
dog, horse, cow, bull, sheep, swine, goat or fowl to run at large
within the Village.
Any person suffering, permitting, owning or harboring any dog,
horse or other animal which shall be found running at large within
the Village shall be guilty of violation of this article.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall pay
a fine not to exceed $150 for a first offense and a fine not to exceed
$500 for a second and each succeeding offense. In addition, each such
violation shall constitute disorderly conduct, and any person violating
the same shall be a disorderly person.
