A.
No person shall park or leave an unattended motor vehicle on the
following streets or alleys on Monday through Friday of each week
inclusive for a period in excess of two (2) hours between the hours
of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.:
1.
The 200 and 300 blocks of East Santa Fe Avenue, except the north
side of the 200 Block of East Santa Fe Avenue within the area ninety-four
(94) feet from the intersection of Missouri Highway 5.
B.
No person
shall park or leave an unattended motor vehicle on the following street
on Monday through Friday of each week inclusive for designated members
of Marceline R-V staff between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.:
1.
Along
the south side of East Santa Fe Avenue from Missouri Highway 5 easterly
to Walnut Street.
C.
Provided, however, this Section not be applicable to commercial vehicles
parked for a short duration for the express and exclusive purpose
of loading and unloading said vehicle and shall likewise not be applicable
on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor
Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Independence
Day.
D.
Any person found in violation shall be fined an amount not to exceed
the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00).
