The Planning and Zoning Administrator, or designee, may exercise
the following duties and powers:
A.
Advise the public as to the provisions of this chapter.
B.
Review all consolidations of individual parcels, surveys of existing
parcels, subdivision plats, county plats, certified survey maps and
condominiums for compliance with this chapter, and approve or reject
such maps.
C.
Investigate all complaints, give notice of violations, issue orders
to comply with this chapter and assist the Corporation Counsel in
the prosecution of ordinance violators.
Fees may be charged for the administration of this chapter.
Fees shall be as set from time to time by the Adams County Board of
Supervisors. Fees shall be made payable to Adams County. After review,
if it is determined that the submitted document is exempt from this
chapter, no review fees shall be levied and the document will be submitted
to the Register of Deeds for recording along with the proper recording
fees.
