This article shall be known as the "Sidewalk

to be assessed against the landowner. If the sidewalks deteriorate,
due to normal use and conditions, to a point where replacement is
necessary, said replacement shall be at the expense of the Town of
Farmington.
A. Prohibition of parking on sidewalks and trails. No vehicle shall
be permitted to be parked in such a manner as to block or interfere
