The boundary limits of the Borough of Summit Hill are hereby
established as a zone in which motor vehicles may remain standing
without lights, and all highways, streets, and alleys within such
boundary limits are hereby designated as streets where motor vehicles
may remain standing without lights.
Wherever a space shall be marked off on any street or alley
for the parking of an individual vehicle, every vehicle there parked
shall be parked within the lines bounding such space, and it shall
be a violation of this article for any person to park a vehicle or
allow it to remain parked otherwise.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle on White Street or Ludlow Street and any cross streets east of Elm Street at any time, except for "cemetery uses," which shall be defined as actively visiting the cemetery, attending funeral services or conducting business at the cemetery (e.g., maintenance or other work within the scope of employment), or for snow emergency parking in accordance with Article
IV.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle, or to
allow the same to remain parked, in any of the following locations
at any time between the hours and on the days hereby indicated therefor:

It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle or to allow the same
to remain parked, in any of the following locations, at any time hereby
respectively stated, for longer than the maximum length of time hereby
specified:

It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to park, or to
allow to remain parked, on any street or alley in the Borough any
vehicle bearing commercial plates, tri-axle vehicles, box trucks over
20 feet in length, trucks with trailers, truck trailers of any kind,
tractors or rigs, bus, motor homes, limousines, recreational trailers,
snowmobiles, farm equipment, boats or heavy construction equipment,
provided that it shall be lawful to park heavy construction equipment
on a Borough street or alley if a permit has been issued for such
construction or demolition project and such equipment is at the permitted
site. This prohibition shall not apply to any emergency vehicle/truck
during an emergency, or any vehicle/truck temporarily parked, for
a period up to 24 continuous hours to service a residential zone (i.e.,
moving trucks) or to load/unload a motor home or trailer.
It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle or allow the same to
remain parked at any time upon any street, alley or Borough property
in the Borough in order to facilitate repairing or maintenance of
such vehicle.
Bus stops are hereby authorized and created at such locations
as shall be determined, fixed and appropriately marked by the Mayor.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle, other than
a bus engaged in loading, unloading or awaiting passengers, in a bus
stop at any time.
The following are established as special purpose parking zones,
and it shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle or to allow
it to remain parked, in any such zone, except as specifically provided
for that zone:

street, continuously for more than 10 days.
