Regular elections for the Board of Selectmen, except as otherwise
provided herein for the filling of vacancies, shall be held at the
Annual Town Meeting as their terms expire. In accordance with the
general laws of the State of Maine, any registered voter of the Town
of Kennebunkport may be nominated for the Board of Selectmen or any
other elected Town office.
All Town Meetings and municipal elections shall be governed
by the applicable provisions of the statutes of the State of Maine.
