Every elected and appointed official of the Town of Kennebunkport
and every member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning Board, Board
of Assessment Review and Budget Board shall, before entering upon
the duties of his office, take and subscribe to the following oath
or affirmation, to be filed and kept in the office of the Town Clerk:
"I solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution
and will obey the laws of the United States and of the State of Maine;
that I will, in all respects, observe the provisions of the ordinances
of the Town of Kennebunkport and the statutes of the State of Maine
and will fully discharge the duties of __________."
