All conference meetings of the Township Committee shall be open to the public and press.
In its discretion, the Township Committee may determine that a matter to be discussed is so sensitive that the public interest would best be served by discussing such a matter in executive session, including but not limited to contract negotiations, legal strategy, placement of Township personnel and matters of similar import.

At any open conference meeting, the public and press will be permitted to comment on any governmental issue that a member of the public feels may be of concern to the residents of the community.
All reports, communications, proposed ordinances, proposed resolutions, contract documents or other matters to be submitted to the Township Committee shall be delivered to the Township Clerk at a reasonable time in advance of a conference meeting.
