A. 
The applicant will be required to pay a local newspaper of general circulation for the current cost of advertising the hearing. The applicant will be billed directly from the local newspaper for the cost of the advertised hearing.
B. 
The Commission shall hold a public hearing within 21 days of the receipt of an application. Prior to making the decision, the Commission may require the submittal of additional data deemed pertinent to that decision. The Commission's decision shall be issued on the appropriate WPA form. At any time after an application is filed, Commission members may enter onto the land in the performance of their official duties.
C. 
If the Commission determines that snow cover, ice or other weather conditions prevent the verification of the wetland line the Commission shall continue the hearing to a date certain when the determination can be made. In the case that the applicant objects to a continuance or delay, the hearing shall be closed, and the Commission shall act on the information available.
