The Township Manager, through the Road Department Supervisor,
shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. It shall be unlawful
for any reason to violate any part of this chapter adopted by the
Township of Byram Council.
Any person(s) who is found to be in violation of the provisions
of this chapter shall be first notified of the violation, and if the
violation is not remediated within 30 days, that person(s) shall be
liable to a penalty not to exceed $500 for each day on which the violation
exists beyond the thirty-day limit.
Each section, subsection, sentence, clause and phrase of this
chapter is declared to be an independent section, subsection, sentence,
clause and phrase, and the finding or holding of any such portion
of this chapter to be unconstitutional, void, or ineffective for any
cause, or reason, shall not affect any other portion of this chapter.
