The Township hereby joins and becomes a member of the Burlington
County Energy Aggregation Program, under which the county will act
as an aggregator of electric power on behalf of participating municipalities
and their residential and nonresidential users of electricity pursuant
to the Government Energy Act of 2003, N.J.S.A. 48:3-91.3 to 48:3-98,
and implementing regulations.
The Mayor and the Township Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute any documents necessary to carry out the purpose of the
chapter.
This chapter shall be effective immediately upon adoption and
publication in accordance with law.
