A.
This article shall be known as the "Grievance Day of the Town of
Cobleskill."
B.
The purpose of this article is to establish the day for hearing of
grievances addressed to real property tax assessments by the Board
of Assessment Review of the Town of Cobleskill as permitted by Real
Property Tax Law § 512.
This article shall be applicable to all grievances addressed
to assessment of lands within the Town of Cobleskill and shall be
in effect until rescinded, superseded or modified by subsequent local
law enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Cobleskill.
All grievances addressed to assessments of real property within
the Town of Cobleskill shall be heard by the Board of Assessment Review
of the Town of Cobleskill on the fourth Wednesday in May each year.
