The Street Department of the Borough of Swoyersville is hereby directed to place official speed limit signs at proper intervals upon the streets indicated in § 89-4.
Any person who shall operate a vehicle or tractor at a speed
in excess of that established therefor, upon any highway or portion
thereof as specified in this article, shall, upon conviction thereof,
be subject to a fine of $10 and costs of prosecution or imprisonment
for not more than five days.
