The applicant or applicant's authorized agent must obtain final
Planning Board approval before:
A. Any contract or offer for the conveyance of the proposed development
(or portion thereof) has been made;
B. Any subdivision into three or more lots has been recorded in the
York County Registry of Deeds;
C. A building/regulated activity permit for any structure within the
development is issued; or
D. Work on any improvements (including installation of roads or utilities
or land clearing) has begun.
