Town of Rock Hall, MD Article I Title and Applicability

§ 225-1-1 Title.

This chapter shall be known as the "Zoning Ordinance for Rock Hall, Maryland."

§ 225-1-2 Applicability.

This chapter shall apply to the incorporated territory of Rock Hall, Maryland. It is the intent of this chapter that the extent of its applicability be automatically changed in accordance with the provisions hereof or the provisions of state law which may affect the applicability of this chapter.
