The 2011 Property Maintenance Code of the city is specifically adopted to replace the previous 2003 Structural Standards Code of the city, and a copy is attached to Ordinance No. 2011-O0095, from which this section is derived and incorporated herein by reference as though set out completely in detail. A copy of the 2011 Property Maintenance Code of the city shall be filed with the city secretary and a copy maintained in the office of the structural standards administrator of the city; all such copies to be opened to public inspection during business hours of the offices where they are maintained.
