The 2011 Property Maintenance Code of the city is specifically
adopted to replace the previous 2003 Structural Standards Code of
the city, and a copy is attached to Ordinance No. 2011-O0095, from
which this section is derived and incorporated herein by reference
as though set out completely in detail. A copy of the 2011 Property
Maintenance Code of the city shall be filed with the city secretary
and a copy maintained in the office of the structural standards administrator
of the city; all such copies to be opened to public inspection during
business hours of the offices where they are maintained.

Within the incorporated city limits no person shall place, leave
or cause to be placed, left, or put any box, barrel or receptacle,
or construct any frame, shed, house or pen in any alley, nor place
any trash, wood, paper or rubbish in any alley.
