Editor’s note–Former article 15.05 pertaining to the development regulation variance board and deriving from Ordinance O-04-13 adopted 3/19/13, was repealed in its entirety by Ordinance O-03-20 adopted 5/5/20. ordinance,” article II “administrative mechanisms,” section 2 “zoning board of adjustment.” The zoning board of adjustment is hereby granted authority to determine such applications for variance or special exception to the provisions of this chapter 15 “development regulations.”
A person seeking a variance or special exception to any of the requirements of this chapter 15 “development regulations” shall submit a written application for such variance or special exception to the board of adjustment as set forth in chapter 14 “zoning,” exhibit A “zoning ordinance,” article II “administrative mechanisms,” section 2 “zoning board of adjustment.” The zoning board of adjustment is hereby granted authority to determine such applications for variance or special exception to the provisions of this chapter 15 “development regulations.”
