(a)
International Energy Conservation Code.
The city council
hereby adopts the 2015 edition of the International Energy Conservation
Code, except as modified or amended in this article. In the event
that this code is ever updated or revised, those changes are automatically
included and incorporated into this section once the changes are approved
by the North Central Texas Council of Governments. Copies of the code
and the amendments thereto, as referenced herein, are on file in the
office of the city secretary, for permanent record and inspection.
From the date on which this section shall take effect, the provisions
thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the city.

The city council hereby adopts the North Central Texas Council of
Governments recommended amendments to the 2015 International Energy
Conservation Code, attached to Ordinance O-04-18 as exhibit F and
on file in the office of the city secretary.
(b)
International Existing Building Code.
The city council
hereby adopts the 2015 edition of the International Existing Building
Code, except as modified or amended in this article. In the event
that this code is ever updated or revised, those changes are automatically
included and incorporated into this section once the changes are approved
by the North Central Texas Council of Governments. Copies of the code
and the amendments thereto, as referenced herein, are on file in the
office of the city secretary, for permanent record and inspection.

as modified or amended in this article. In the event that this code
is ever updated or revised, those changes are automatically included
and incorporated into this section once the changes are approved by
the North Central Texas Council of Governments. Copies of the code
and the amendments thereto, as referenced herein, are on file in the
office of the city secretary, for permanent record and inspection.
