Each Supervisor of Penn Township taking office by election or
appointment after April 1, 2022, shall receive compensation for attending
duly advertised meetings or executive sessions of the Board of Supervisors
and performing other duties as a member of the Board of Supervisors
at the rate of $3,250 per annum.

No Supervisor shall receive annual compensation under this Part
in excess of the annual statutory limit set by the General Assembly
in the Second Class Township Code, as amended, for supervisors of
second class townships within the appropriate population category.

Members of the Board of Supervisors whose terms of office commenced
prior to April 1, 2022, shall receive compensation in accordance with
applicable prior ordinances.

Compensation authorized herein shall be paid in equal monthly
installments.

The salary to be paid each Supervisor pursuant to this Part
is considered compensation for services rendered by the Supervisor
for the duties imposed by law on supervisors of second class townships.
Should a Supervisor perform services for the Township while acting
as a superintendent, roadmaster or laborer, the Supervisor shall be
entitled to such additional compensation as is determined by the Township
Board of Auditors. However, no Supervisor shall receive compensation
as a superintendent or roadmaster for the time he or she spends attending
a meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
