The purpose of this part is to set regulations for the parking
of RVs on public streets within the Township and to restrict any person
from residing in an RV which is parked upon a public street within
the Township.
The following words, when used in this part, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except in those instances
where the context clearly states otherwise:
The Board of Supervisors of West Manchester Township.
Any vessel designed to be operated or used on the water,
to include, but not limited to, inflatable boats, kayaks, canoes,
paddleboats, sailboats, motor boats, and cruisers, and any trailer
upon which a boat is transported.
The Code Official for purposes of this part shall be the
Zoning Officer of West Manchester Township or his or her officially
designated representative, or the Police Chief of West Manchester
Township or his or her officially designated representative.
Every natural person, association, partnership, limited liability
company, corporation, or entity of any kind.
The duly appointed Police Chief of West Manchester Township.
Includes any street, road, lane, court, alley or public square
which has been accepted and/or adopted by West Manchester Township
as a public road.
Any trailer or vehicle designed as a temporary living quarters
or shelter for recreational camping or travel use, including, but
not limited to a fifth-wheel trailer, folding camping trailer, slide-in
camper, camping trailer, truck camper, or motor home.
