Editor’s note(s)–Ordinance
O-19-008, secs. 2 and 3, adopted Feb. 21, 2019, repealed Ch. 5 and
enacted a new chapter as set out herein. The former Ch. 5, secs. 5-1–5-46,
pertained to similar subject matter and derived from sec. 1 of an
ordinance adopted Sept. 17, 1998 and Ordinance O-14-034, adopted Oct.
9, 2014.
