Editor’s note(s)–Ordinance O-09-12, sec. 1, adopted June 18, 2009, amended the former Ch. 12, secs. 12-1–12-3, 12-20–12-28, 12-40–12-45, 12-57–12-71, 12-77–12-86 and enacted a new Ch. 12 as set out herein.
