Any person who shall hitch or fasten any horse or other animal
to any fence, railing, awning or lamp post, or to any shade or ornamental
tree on any sidewalk, or who shall willfully injure any ornamental
or shade tree, shrub, plant, monument, lamp post, fence, railing or
awning in or upon any public ground, street, or alley or upon any
public place, or upon any private residence in this city, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined.
