The following rules and regulations are established:
(1) 
The dump is provided for residential garbage only. No commercial or contractor use allowed.
(2) 
Items that will not be accepted include wire, tires, batteries, antifreeze, chemicals, paint liquids, concrete, dirt, roofing material, asbestos siding or any other objectionable waste. Paint cans will be allowed if the lid is off and the paint is completely dry. Refrigerators must have compressors removed.
(3) 
If load is over the permit restrictions, a bill will be issued for additional payment.
