No person shall conduct for gain within the Town any carnival, circus, concert, or any other similar entertainment without first obtaining a license.
Application for a license shall be submitted on forms supplied by the Town Clerk. The application shall be accompanied by a certificate of insurance showing that the applicant is covered by liability insurance by an insurance company licensed to do business in Wisconsin in the amount of $300,000 for the injury or death of one person, $1,000,000 for any one accident and $50,000 for property damage. If the entertainment involves carnival-type rides, proof of current inspection of such rides by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services must also be furnished.

The per-day license fee shall be as established in the current fee schedule, on file in the Town offices, as amended from time to time by the Town Board, except that no fee shall be charged for events held or sponsored by educational, charitable, nonprofit or religious organizations when the proceeds thereof shall be devoted to the purposes of such organization.
