The zoning ordinance, Ordinance 0102, adopted January 14, 2003, as
amended, is included at the end of this chapter as exhibit A. Due
to the nature of the zoning ordinance and the technicalities involved
in adopting or amending it, such provisions are printed herein as
adopted, with only nonsubstantive formatting and style changes, except
as otherwise noted. Capitalization, punctuation and numbering of sections
and subsections have been retained. A uniform style has been employed
for headings and captions. Obviously misspelled words have been corrected
without notation. Any other material added for purposes of clarification
is enclosed in brackets. Amendments will be inserted in their proper
place and denoted by a history note following the amended section.
(b)
At the direction of the city, the sign regulations adopted by Ordinance 0091, which was adopted as a separate ordinance, have been included as chapter 10.
(c)
At the direction of the city, the sexually oriented business regulations
adopted by Ordinance 0074, which was adopted as a separate ordinance,
have been included as section 902.
(d)
At the direction of the city, the following changes have been made
to the zoning ordinance:
(1)
References to the “Code Enforcement Officer” have been
changed to “Code Compliance Officer.”
(2)
The term “comprehensive zoning ordinance” has been changed
to “zoning ordinance.”
(3)
Fee amounts have been replaced by language such as “a fee in
the amount set forth in the fee schedule adopted by the City Council.”
(4)
References to “Town” have been changed to “City.”
