Borough of West Mifflin, PA Chapter 116 Fee Schedule

[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of West Mifflin 2-16-2022 by Ord. No. 1227. Amendments noted where applicable.]

§ 116-1 Schedule established.

The attached general fee schedule[1] is hereby reestablished and adopted as the official fee schedule for the Borough of West Mifflin, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Said fee schedule shall become effective immediately upon adoption of this chapter by Borough Council.

§ 116-2 Repealer.

All prior fee schedules, ordinance provisions or resolutions as to fees are hereby repealed in whole or in part to the extent inconsistent herewith.

§ 116-3 Future amendments.

Any future amendments to the West Mifflin Borough fee schedule may be made from time to time by simple resolution of Borough Council.

§ 116-4 Schedule on file.

The West Mifflin Borough fee schedule established herein shall be kept on file in the office of the Borough Manager and shall be updated by the Manager in the event of any changes or revisions thereto by resolution of Borough Council.
