The provisions of this article shall be applicable to all areas
designated by the City Council as public boat ramps.
Vehicular control and direction shall be in accordance with
the other provisions of this Code, except that the prima facie maximum
lawful prudent speed limit for motor vehicles shall be 10 m.p.h.
Parking shall be permitted only for motor vehicles with boat
trailers attached thereto and in only those areas and in the manner
designated by traffic-control devices. The authority to make such
determination is herewith vested in the City traffic engineer.
Boats shall be launched from paved ramp areas only.

Fishing
is prohibited on and within one hundred (100) feet of a boat ramp
or related facilities.
(B)
Fish
shall not be cleaned on or within one hundred (100) feet of a boat
ramp or related facilities.
