Regular meetings of the Village Board shall be determined by
majority vote of the Village Board.
Three Trustees, which may include the Village President, shall
constitute a quorum of the Village Board. A majority of the members
appointed to any other board or commission shall constitute a quorum.
A majority vote of all members of the Board in favor of any proposed
ordinance, resolution or appointment shall be necessary for passage
or approval, unless a larger number is required by statute, law or
other applicable rule.
Whenever any disturbance or disorderly conduct shall occur in
any of the meetings of the Board, the President may cause the room
to be cleared of all persons causing such disorderly conduct.
These rules or any part thereof may be temporarily suspended
in connection with any matter under consideration by a recorded vote
of 2/3 of the members present, but in no event shall the rules be
suspended when there is less than a quorum of members present.
