Any suspension, revocation or non-renewal of a license pursuant
to this chapter, or any suspension, revocation or non-renewal of a
CRC-issued license or permit for the operation, or any adjudication
of felony criminal guilt by the cannabis business or its principals
shall constitute an automatic revocation of a Borough license issued
pursuant to this chapter, at which time the operation shall immediately
cease. A criminal adjudication voids and prohibits any future reinstatement
of a Borough license.
