All subdivision and land developments requiring a variance shall submit at the time of filing an additional fee of $600 per lot and/or unit requiring a variance.
All fees for the review of subdivision and land developments are to be submitted to the Charleston Township Planning Commission, by the applicant or his agent, at the time of application. All fees collected will be made payable to Charleston Township and deposited with Charleston Township Secretary-Treasurer.[1]

A. 
Charleston Township hereby imposes a fee of $25 per check being returned commencing five days after the effective date of this article.
B. 
By further determination of this Township, this fee shall be set, from time to time, by resolution, in the event the Township determines a need to change from initially established fee.
C. 
This fee will be for any check to any Township Office or organization for any purpose.
D. 
The $25 returned-check fee will be deposited in the Charleston Township Tax Collector's account. All fees incurred by the Charleston Township Tax Collector will be deducted from the $25 fee and the balance will be paid to Charleston Township. The remaining amount will then be reimbursed by a payroll check to the Tax Collector.
Charleston Township hereby imposes a service fee of $5 to be assessed to each person, firm or corporation requesting a certification or duplicate bill as to the payment status of real estate taxes or a delinquent tax statement from Charleston Township Tax Collector's Office.
A. 
By further determination of this Township, this shall be set, from time to time, by resolution, in the event the Township determines a need to change from the certification as to the initially established fee.
B. 
Fees concerning tax statements shall be deposited to the Charleston Township Tax Collector's account. The fee(s) shall then be paid to the Township with documentation showing who paid the fee and the property owner's name or the information that was requested. The amount paid to the Township will then be reimbursed by a payroll check to the Tax Collector.
