A. 
A written consent has been filed with the Township of Bordentown that the provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey[1] be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots within Sections I and II of the Meadow Run development located in the Township of Bordentown, County of Burlington, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:
(1) 
General parking.
(a) 
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions.

(b) 
Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide as shown on the site plan and signed with the R7-8 and R7-8P (reserved parking sign and penalty plate) in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permit by the Motor Vehicle Commission.
(c) 
Temporary parking prohibition for snow plowing and removal.

Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the street, an emergency shall exist and no vehicle shall be parked on that street or portions thereof indicated.
The above-mentioned parking prohibitions shall remain in effect after the snow has ceased until the streets have been plowed sufficiently and to the extent that parking will not interfere with the normal flow of traffic.

Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safety and proper regulation of traffic and any police officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle. The owner shall pay the reasonable costs of the removal and storage, which may result from such removal before regaining possession of the vehicle.

Through streets. The following streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street except where yield signs are provided for in the designation.

(5) 
Tow-away zones. Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exit ways, alleys, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway, or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.

B. 
All signs, posts, or other necessary materials are to be installed and paid for by the applicant.
C. 
All signing shall conform to the current manual on uniform traffic control devices pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27.
D. 
Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by the New Jersey Statutes, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty commensurate to Title 39 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.

Signage. All signs, posts or other necessary materials be installed and paid for by the appropriate entity in the Clifton Mill Development. All signing shall conform to the current 2003 Edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27.
B. 
Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by the New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of this chapter or any supplemental thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $250 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.

Old York Road Industrial Properties, LLC, the owner of the real property located in the Township of Bordentown at 2015 US 206 North and identified on the Tax Map as Block 131, Lot 2.01, formerly known as Lots 1, 2, and 4.02 (hereinafter known as "subject parcel"), has filed a written consent with the Bordentown Township Police Department requesting that certain provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of the New Jersey, as specified in this section, be made applicable to the driveway access point along the southerly property line of the subject parcel which is located on Old York Road, also known as County Road 660.
A. 
Ingress/egress.
(1) 
The ingress/egress driveway located along Old York Road, also known as County Road 660, shall prohibit left turns on egress for tractor trailers.
B. 
Signage.
(1) 
All signs, posts or other necessary materials must be installed and paid for by the Old York Road Industrial Properties, LLC or their designee. All signage shall conform to the current edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27.
C. 
Violations and penalties. Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplemental regulation shall be subject to the general penalty in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of the Code of the Township of Bordentown.
