The Town Board of Supervisors of the Town of Seymour, Outagamie County, Wisconsin, seeks to promote the health and safety of animals in the care of our residents, as well as any animal(s) housed in the Town.
The Town Board hereby ordains the following for the purpose of managing animals found at large in the Town of Seymour. To be found at large is for the animal(s) to be off the premises of the owner or caretaker, and not under the control of some person either by leash or physical means of restraint.
The penalty for an animal or animals found at large will be as follows:
A. 
First offense: verbal warning.
B. 
Second offense: written warning.
C. 
Third offense and subsequent offenses: fine of $100 plus court costs.
